Tonight is the opening reception for my first solo show, Travels. I hope some folks can come out to celebrate and have a drink with me. Inspired by the city assignments from my recent time at the Hartford Art School. I am showcasing this work and some new adventures in my first solo art show. The exhibition will be up throughout the month of October.

Tuesday, November 3, 2009. That is what my crazy Christmas Cacti think anyways. A couple weeks ago I brought them in the house from the porch because we had frost warnings, and someone told me. that when you do that it will spur them to bloom. I took them back outside on a sunny afternoon last week for a picture. the white one opened up first. and now today this red. A couple weeks ago I got a surprise package in the mail from my new friend.
